What data we process
Browsing data. When you visit the site, the servers hosting it automatically log some technical data, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This keeps the site running and protects it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., which processes this data on our behalf.
Data you send us. If you email or call us, we use your data only to reply and, if you ask, to arrange your event or visit. The legal basis is your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep it only as long as needed to handle it.
Bookings. Bookings are made on TheFork's website, which processes your data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts: the site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- Instagram, Google Maps and TheFork: these are plain links. These services only receive your data if you open them, and process it under their own policies.
Cookies
This site currently uses no cookies: no technical, analytics or profiling cookies. If we add analytics in the future, for example Google Analytics, it will load only after you consent through a banner, and we'll update this page.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to bistrotdelloperainfo@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
